Sierra served as the EPC commissioning supervisor for St. Charles Energy Center of Waldorf, MD. Gov. Larry Hogan attended the plant’s 2017 opening and told The Bay Net that the plant “one of the largest economic development projects in Maryland over the last 10 years. This innovative project shows Maryland is truly open for business.”
